A downloadable game

A hand-drawn visual novel, made entirely by one person from scratch. No team, no budget - just pencil, ink, watercolor, paper, and a lot of stubborn love for storytelling and art.

This is a small, personal passion project with a bit of humor. Every asset - from the logo to the backgrounds - is drawn by hand and digitized.

No AI, no stock art, no shortcuts. Just honest expression and creative freedom.

Bootstrapping My Visual Novel -Devlog #2

Inking the Logo with a Technical Pen

Inking the logo for my visual novel using black ink and a technical pen.

This is the first week of development. I'm creating the entire game alone: writing the script and drawing everything by hand pencil and ink.

In this video, I go over the finished pencil sketch with ink and refine the lines using a rapidograph.

A clean, traditional approach just tools, paper, and focus.

Bootstrapping My Visual Novel -Devlog #1

Hi there,

I'm building a visual novel entirely solo - writing, coding, drawing everything by hand, and documenting the process step by step. No budget, no team, no days off. Just me, pencil, paper, and persistence.

This devlog marks the beginning: I started sketching the logo by hand and filmed the process to share on YouTube. I'm not trying to make tutorials or hype - just showing the raw, honest process of making a game from scratch.

The idea is to go one step at a time. First the script, then art, then code. I’ll be sharing progress on visuals, UI, audio, promotion, and everything in between - as it happens.
